Yearbook Love Lines
Here is your chance to place a Love Line in the 2009-2010 Yearbook! Love Lines are personal notes with photos dedicated to a student or teacher that will be part of the CCS yearbook. It is an opportunity to tell your student or teacher how much you care and support them. If you are interested in placing a Love Line, please fill out the back of this sheet and return to the CCS Office. Space is limited and will be based on first come, first serve.
